What payment methods we accept?

All major credit cards and Visa cards are accepted via Viva Wallet, which is how we received payments. In the United Kingdom, bank transfers are also accepted.

Do we ship internationally?

We only ship to the United Kingdom, sorry.

Does returning my stuff cost me money?

Yes, in accordance with the return policy, the customer is responsible for paying return postage if any items need to be returned.

How to return the delivered item?

How long does it take you to send out a product order?

All orders are shipped the same day for next-day delivery, which takes one working day to arrive. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday during business hours.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
